Course Completion Report:

A course completion report provides insights into the progress and completion status of learners within a specific course on an eLearning platform. Here's an outline of what a course completion report might include:

1. Access Admin Panel: Log in to the admin panel or backend system of your LMS platform using your administrative credentials.

2. Navigate to Reports: Look for a Reports section. This could be labeled as "Reports".

3. Select Report: Choose the user summary report where you want to check all the information of user.

4. Filters: Provide filters or search options to view user summaries for specific time periods, courses, or user groups.

The report includes:

1: User information:

- Display username and name of the user.

2. Course Information:

   - Display basic information about the course name.

3. Completion Status:

   - Present completion status indicators for each enrolled learner, showing whether they have completed the course or are still in progress.

   - Use symbols, colors, or text labels to denote completion status (e.g., completed, in progress, not started).

4. Completion Date:

- Display date of completion of the course.

5. Time Spent:

   - Display the average time spent by learners in completing the course.

 6. Download Option:

    - Provide options for downloading the course completion report in various formats (e.g., PDF, Excel).

By providing a comprehensive course completion report, administrators and instructors can assess the effectiveness of the course, identify areas for improvement, and track learner progress towards learning objectives.
